As summer approaches, the sisters prepare for productive summers.  Two will being going abroad for a semester, one will be coming back.  Many will have jobs or internships, some will continue their studies through the summer.  Look for more news as fall approaches.

Some of the IGU pledges from spring 08.The IGU sisters have had a productive semester in many ways.*  They welcomed a fabulous group of pledges into the sisterhood. 

Mallory Brideau is the Panhellenic President for UMass and has been working on getting IGU into more into Panhellenic activities.  So following the footsteps of Megan Kessel and Morgan Marconi, she is the 3rd IGU to hold the presidency since 2001!

* Guitar Hero fundraiser on Sunday March 2 raised money for the Baystate Children's Hospital. It was a great success.

 

Michael Wiseman, Umass Greek affairs coordinator, joined us at our luncheon. IGU's 45th celebration in May was the best ever! Michael Wiseman, UMass Greek Affairs Liaison joined us for the luncheon at Bistro 63 at the Monkey Bar in Amherst.  More photos and information on the sisters-only pages.

IGU's quarter enewsletter keep everyone informedIGU sends its quarterly e-link and annual snail mailings to all sisters and alums. An e-link was sent on 03/06/08--An IGU snail mailer was mailed Feb. 8th & 9th.  If you didn't get yours, please contact Ginny Stibolt or fill out the survey form on the sisters' pages.  Thanks.
